Down Shifter Skid Steer Drop Height Adapter Plate
This product is the solution to a long time issue for people that add tracks to their tired skid steer loaders. The tracks have a tendency to raise the machine up to 3 inches from it’s standard height. What this does is cause your bucket to be lifted up to the point that you cannot back drag with the heel of the bucket. Pushing and grading are also an issue because to get the cutting edge to touch the ground, the bucket has to be angled down forward. This causes the edge to catch the ground too easily and makes it next to impossible to use your bucket properly.
The Down Shifter Drop Height Adapter solves this problem. You can easily mount this drop height adapter to your bucket and then connect your skid steer to the adapter. Your bucket then works just like you did not add tracks.
This adapter also works great if you want to run over sized demolition tires that will raise your machine up over stock levels.
